Waypoint LARP: King George City
Welcome to The Domain of Brasswork Sorrows
“These Siths or Fairies they call Sleagh Maith or the Good People… are said to be of middle nature between Man and Angel, as were Daemons thought to be of old.”
Reverend Robert Kirk – 1691, Minister of the Parish of Aberfoyle, Stirling, Scotland
In Waypoint, the players take on the role of the Fatebound, a merger between a Fae that chose to flee the Endless War of Tir Na Nog and a mortal who sought an opportunity to change their Fate to improve their lives. These two merge together into a single person: the Fatebound, human and Fae rolled up together with all the blessings and curses of both.
Find out more about the history of the Fae.
Hi! Out of character, Waypoint is a weekly LARP that happens in Bellingham, WA every Friday at Bond Hall in Western Washington University from 6:30-10:30pm. If you’re looking to join us or want to get added to the game here, please send either Janae or Kyle a note with your username or e-mail address and we’ll send you an invite. Also, make sure to include your Gmail e-mail address in the message so we can get you access to the book as it’s hosted on Google Drive.
If you’re a player that’s been with us for a while, but just started using Obsidian Portal with us, we know it’s a bit overwhelming. We have a post for you to read to get started.

Life in King George City
Living as a Fae on Earth is full of trials. Between the tenuous position of The Equinox Truce, the complicated nature of being Fatebound, the everlooming threats of Dokkalfar and Huntsmen, settling into a “normal life” is complicated at best. With over 5 million people, it can be easy to both blend in and stand out in King George City, which means there are many stories to be told here, big and small.
